What are they building next to the NRO

What is the deali-oh with all the trees being ripped up and ground being leveled next to the NRO? Another office building? It would be great if it was another shopping center with good restaurants... or a grocery store that is not international.

Aerospace is building a new office. Don't know why- the NRO's funding is down (since the new administration came in) and Aerospace is in the same line of business.
