Do you know Prabh Ahluwalia/Rob Singh?

Rob/Prabh was a home improvement contractor in the Norther Virginia area. HIs company was called Nsumbu Services. He frauded many customers. Is currently wanted in Fairfax County. He is still out there some where scamming. He is currently 36 and there are additional pictures and charges on a facebook page. Please email or post here if you have any information.
