I don't think you can isolate a batch of cheating wives into one particular neighborhood or area. I'm sure on a statistical basis, any neighborhood is just another cross section of society overall. But, I'm sure you can find outliers if you look hard enough. For instance, there is a rumor that if you live in South Riding and you have white decorative stones in your yard, it's a signal that your down for swinging/wife swapping. Also, there is a rumor that in the rear section of Virginia Oaks (the clubhouse side of the development), there is a contingent of swingers as well. I have an old college friend who lives in VA Oaks, and he's been hearing that rumor for at least 7 or 8 years, but it's never been confirmed. So, maybe there is a cabal of cheating wives in Braemar, or maybe there's just one or two. You'll probably never really find out for sure.
