WTVR: Officers arrived early this morning at the Faquier County Health Department to serve an arrest warrant issued for a provider at said facility. Detective H.M. Schumer of the Faquier County Sheriff's Office spoke to reporters around 10:00AM regarding the incident. According to investigators, the accused Mary O'laughlen was charged with 47 counts of felony prescription fraud for prescribing opiates to herself and family members including her sons Eric and Brian. CVS pharmacy recorded over 47 separate incidents of her crimes and reported each one to the Sheriff's office. O'laughlen was indicted by a grand jury on Thursday morning on 47 counts of felony prescription fraud and is currently being held without bond in the Faquier County Jaill.
