Manassas Shopping Center

Does anyone know what is going on with the shopping center at Prince William Parkway and Liberia? I've been waiting for the Harris Teeter to open and it looks like everything has come to a halt there.

They have definitely overbuilt that area up Liberia, but it looks like Harris Teeter might be just about finished. When will they open???

The developer went bankrupt. Was reported in the news about a month ago.

My employer was doing some work in here. We filed a lein on the shopping center. Word is that the bank is getting a new developer to take over , pay off all the leins then work can resume.

I wish the new developer would turn it into a Wegman's instead. Harris Teeter SUCKS! It's all over priced.
