I live close by this development. It's nice and I know some nice people that live there. It is safe, you are close to shopping and dining with old town and stuff on Liberia Rd. The downside is that the schools are not so good, simply the name Manassas Park scares the people you want want as neighbors away. If you ever have to commute North on 28, it is a nightmare. I would pay the premium and buy in Fairfax if I could go back in time.
