Thanks for great site!

I was unfortunately just charged with a DUI in Prince William County last month.
I was wondering if anyone knew a good lawyer in that specific county. Lots of lawyers of course, but would prefer one who has lots of experience with this type criminal case in this county.

I used a guy named Kevin Wilson, he works near the PW courthouse in Manassas. He works for a fair price.

I was charged with 94/65 reckless driving. He didn't get me off but he did the best that was possible at his level, he got me zero jail time and a reduced license suspension. I had to plead guilty so it will be on my record, but the cop PROMISED I would go to jail and Kevin made sure I did not.

Do NOT use Doug Bergere....or Newcomb....(he is also a PWC judge)...did'nt get anything of mine reduced at all. I was promised Bergere would. I paid him $1500, and I could have represented myself in court and gotten the same penalty.

Sounds like you are guilty as hell and trying to beat a solid rap !
I hope you get convicted and loose your license/job.I report drunk drivers all the time,follow them with a cell phone.Maybe I could help you get your second DWI.With legal fees,fine asp program ,and insurance hike this will probably only cost you around $5,000.00

btw i did 92 in a 65 - drinking AND (not then) driving and with no license (somebody bet me uh hunnerd dollers).. didnt go to jail that night.. didnt go to jail @ court..

if a cop told you that.. he's just an asshole..

You might want to try John or Kimberly Irving. There office is right next to the courthouse. Number is 530-7900. They've helped me out on a couple. He used to be a cop, she used to prosecute, they are reasonable if charge is in PWC but FFX was pretty steep.

dirty harry reports drunk drivers before they injure or kill someone, and you want him to get hit for it.

You drive over 90 mph, and drink and drive with no license, and the cop is the asshole.

You might wanna take a good look at yourself. Being a complete idiot isn't cool, no matter what you might think.
