Go to DC off of 7st and Mst SE. Down by the waterfront,fishmarket, club H20 and all that. Neighborhood next to the Safeway or Giant not sure what supermarket. Looks like tha hood there but hook ups are official. You can talk to basically anyone walking around there that looks like they would have some and trust me, they have it. Fat dubs, no seed. Don't go wandering about like a dumbass or they will rob you. Get in and get out. After a while you will get to know someone down there. It's always the same bunch runnin' the streets down there.

This is a good question....recently forced transplant to NoVa, made one connect but he recently disappeard, disabled here and can't cruise all over DMV looking for a connect. I know its silly asking on a web board but I don't get out too much and don't really know anyone, any help is appreciated.
