Anyone know why they're bringing in k9 units to sniff for drugs in the high schools?

Scare tactic. Kids know it's coming up and the school announces it happening usually a week before. Just to keep people on their toes. At Ytown it's an issue, WL drug use is small and isolated.

Scare the illegals away, hopefully. Enough police and law enforcement presence and the brown people will get the message. A few dozen German shepherds, for good measure.
