Lots of police activity around Glebe/Seminary last night

Anyone knows what was happening? I was driving home from Crystal City down 395 and before I hit the highway there was soooo much happening.

I saw at least 10-12 cop cars flying down Glebe— Arl cops, Alex cops, and even a park police cop! There was also a helicopter circling.

Anyone know what happened?
