Police action on S Four mile run Dr

Anybody know what was going on on S Four Mile Run Dr and Walter Reed yesterday around 6pm? Lots of police with weapons drawn complete with assult rifles point at a vehicle that it looked like they had boxed in. Just wondering what it might have been.
