Helicopter over Broad Run, Ashburn 8/25 @4 a.m.?

Anyone know what was up with that LOUD helicopter continuously circling Countryside/Broad Run Farms/Ashburn early this morning? It seemed to go on for about 30 minutes. Grrr.
