Who's at 20116 Ashbrook Pl. in Ashburn?

Curious about tenant for entire building at 20116 Ashbrook PL in Ashburn. Rooftop has satellite dish for downlink (possibly uplink), high frequency wire antenna and multiple FM or HF vertical antennas. No signage on structure and all the antennas make it stand out?

American Red Cross
One FCC license for that location is WPLX296. The satcom licenses are based in DC I think, but Ashburn is one of their VSAT sites.

Bingo! The site is an auxiliary emergency site. They finaling got some sense and moved it out of DC (two blocks from the White House - ground zero).

Not so near to Ashbrook PL but... Redskins Park Ashburn has a new practice field with a covered dome. Looks like an airplane hangar and can be seen for miles at night when the lights are on.

Regarding 20116 Ashburn Place Building, has anyone noticed what is in the field next to the road at that site--looks like a phased array of little round drum-like antennas wired into the ground there, all lined up facing each other. (Could these be earthquake sensors maybe?)

Not antennae. They are lamp post lighting assemblies lying on their side that appear to have been discarded and forgotten for the last several years.
