The video is horrible !!!! I can't believe the deputey was promoted. Insane.The citizens of Loudoun County should expect more from local law enforcment. The Federeal Goverment should investigate the LCSO

The video is disturbing. I have been in that shopping center and have even celebrated birthdays at the irish pub there. God forbid I should decide to take a cab, and do the responsible thing. The Louddoun County sheriff's office may decide it is my turn to have by head beat in. This is what goes on why the 99% of those who live in Loudoun sleep. The cops are not afraid the voters or people who matter will see them, or their actions.
Disgusting. This is why I shy away from telling my kids to trust police officers.
