It was open as of six months ago. We used a couple of their $10 off coupons to go there... but the place always seemed pretty empty. If it's closed, I guess that makes sense?

Between Sugarland Plaza, Potomac Run Plaza, Cascades area, Countryside Plaza (w/ Regal cinema), Dulles Crossing, Dulles Town Center and surrounding, Dulles 28, etc. - I always thought there were too many shopping centers and restaurants in a pretty small area there.

And that doesn't even include Great Falls Plaza, Sterling Park Shopping Center, Sterling Village Center, a couple random strips on Church and Cascades, and so on.
