Loudoun County law enforcement are asking for the public’s help in locating a man from Leesburg who failed to re-register as a violent sex offender.
The man, Anthony Dellmore Norris, 27, is wanted by the Virginia State Police. Norris was required to re-register on Feb. 15, 2011.
He was last listed as living on Davis Avenue in Leesburg and is known to frequent the Sterling area.
Norris is around 5-foot-four-inches tall and weighs approximately 225 pounds.
Norris has been convicted twice in the past for failure to re-register, once June 9, 2005 and again May 25, 2010.
Norris was first convicted on Sept. 26, 2002 under Virginia Code 18.2-63 (carnal knowledge of a child between the ages of 13 and 15).
