Shoplifting class

So I got caught and convicted of shoplifting. Atupid, I know. I have to take some group or class or something? Anybody know what I'm talking about? What should I expect?

They will teach you how to keister a salami from the grocery store, how to pick pockets and snatch purses. Class costs about 2k.
