Want to build defensive compound in VA with walls and moat

I was thinking of buying a large peice of land in Virginia to build a 12 foot wall with a moat around it. I want to build it in order to keep out Liberals, Illegals, Muslims, transexuals and other societal deviants. Where Specifically would be a good place to do this? Maybe Faquier?

After the approaching pole shift and the passage of Nibiru, Virginia will be flooded up to the Skyline Drive elevation. Since we don't know exactly when that is but the guberrmint is making plans for it around the 2020-2025 timeline, I would not build anywhere east of Skyline Drive.

There's nothing wrong with immigration, but like any country, it needs to be controlled and reasonable. No country wants to be flooded. Even new immigrants would likely agree, as they want to have a job(s) that is not threatened by a huge flood of new lower priced workers.
