DELMARVA'S SOUTHERN CAFÉ & TAPHOUSE CLOSED in Cascades

Posting on the door is an order from the Loudoun Co. Circuit Court ordering it closed for failing to pay over $66,000 in VA State Sales Tax. Sealed with door tamper tape and notifying people it's a Class 1 misdemeanor to enter w.o approval of the Court.

On top of that, has anyone noticed how the entire shopping center on whole is falling apart? from steel plates on the road, burned out lights, etc.

The roads are literally crumbling. Huge potholes, and they finally fixed one of them with a steel plate. Outside of Gold's Gym and Home Depot, the shopping center sucks. Still no Blockbuster replacement and I have no idea how Sports Authority stays in business, there is never anyone there.
