Can someone please help to know what is the point for a left turn onto oncoming traffic. coz im contemplating whether to solicit the services of a solicitor or just pay the fine and accept the points. but i really wanna know how many points they gonna give me. please any1 with any idea on it.

Possibly a reckless driving charge. Points /fine/and in Fairfax possible jail time depends on your prior record of violations, whether you cause a wreck, etc.. Fines can be up to 1000 $/ points maybe 3 for a 1st time ever violation. If you get a reckless driving charge lawyer will be a pile of money also.
