What the hell happened in Sterling tonight??

Fire apparatus surrounding Don Pablo's and going store to store. Power partially on. Target on emergency power. Costco totally dark in parking lot. Ideas?

Interesting, my power flickered on and off three times around 6 on that day. I guess it was related.

Here is the latest:

On February 12, fire apparatus was seen surrounding Don Pablo's, and going from store to store.

There was only partial power, and Target was on emergency power.

Costco was totally dark.

There was also reports of power flicking on and off around 6 that same day.
