I heard there was a ruckus at the LB 8th grade dance. Word on the street says an 8th grader was fighting, searched by police, drugs were found and the student was expelled.

Yeah, I was there. This kid was going around spiking all the girl's drinks with roofies, hoping to date rape the shit out of them while he was on the pcp that the cops found on him.

Actually i heard from the guy accused of being in the fight that he wasnt involved. And the only way i was sure was him and the other guy accused were at school, NOT EXPELLED but the drugs part was true.

people in nova overblow every single fucking problem/disruption and pretend there's some kind of epidemic amongst their children. This is primarily because parents in FFX county are so absent in their kids' lives that they don't have any real grasp of what's going on. Go out into the real world (read: outside of Northern VA) and you'll find that drug use (excluding pot and alcohol, which are very common) is pretty minimal in our schools compared to elsewhere.

I was at the dance as well. The kid was not spiking girl's drinks (at least from what I heard) but was discovered attempting to sell marijuana.

Actually their are other penalties. If it is your first time then you will be RECOMMENDED for Expulsion and if not expelled then be subject to involuntary transfer
