FCPS Online Campus

Has anyone else had issue with the online campus before. The director of the place was no help to us this year when the teacher we had would not communicate with us via email. In fact his exact words were "that isn't my concern" This whole year my child would send emails about her issues and nothing. I would finally step in after they would advocate for them self and still nothing. I really think I should complain but no clue who to complain to. Anyone else have these issues?
