They ruined my wife's dress and denied responsibility, very rude and unprofessional, made her pay to ruin her dress, this is a butcher shop, not a cleaner.

I took over a dozen dress shirts in to the Burke Crest. 6 came back ruined with tears in the same location on each sleeve. The woman behind the counter denied that they did it and claimed that I must have ripped them myself. They also charged too much. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE CREST CLEANERS.
