power outage strange helicopters

A few days ago the power went out all around the fire station area and a strange black helicopter making weird sounds was doing circles over the area. When it left the power returned. Anybody know what's going on? It was freaky.

I still haven't heard what happened. We heard helicopters circling at 4 AM then Burke Lake Road was shut down between LBSS and the library all day (July 3rd I think). My theory was a bad car accident took out a power line because they were working with cranes on powerless all day.
