7-11 Loitering

Has anyone noticed all of the loitering at the Burke Centre 7-11 by Walmart? Tonight there was a huge crowd hanging out over there and it's pretty much like that on a regular basis. The law used to be that nothing in Burke Centre could be open past midnight. What happened? It seems like having the 7-11 open all night has trashed up that shopping center.

It's symptomatic of the type of people China Mart attracts. There's lots of shitty housing in that area too, presumably occupied by the type of losers that would hang in front of a 7-11 all night.
