Cops in Kevlar in Cherry Run

Just drove down Bestwicke at about 6:25 AM and there were about a half dozen police in kevlar vests getting out of a black SUV near Waterline. Anyone have any wild theories about what they were doing?

I live right across the street and my neighbors have been wondering whether they were searching for someone who lives in one of the houses near the parkway. Came here to look for the same info.
