The Burke, Va., also the East Burke area is patroled out of the West Springfield police department, are clearly a bunch of morons.
Especially a Sargeant Richard Thiel (or is it 'Theil'?) along with his senior orificer Lt. LOCA. They and their merry band of moron deputy's wonder around aimlessly looking for anything to do that is not actually productive, with their most important job being to help reduce automobile accidents. You know. The biggest killer, seriously injurying and crippling for life issue out there. In Burke, Va., as well as West Springfield, there IS a HUGE, VERY SERIOUS AND MAJOR TRAFFIC PROBLEM. Caused solely by the AUTOMOBILE DRIVERS, and NOT ANY SORT OF PEDESTRIAN!
WELL PUBLISIZED STATISTICS SHOW AND PROVE THAT THERE IS MORE THAN ONE IN EVERY THREE AUTOMOBILE DRIVERS OUT THERE THAT ARE ALLEBRIATED, UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL, AN ILLEGAL OR EVEN LEGAL/ILLEGAL PRESCRIPTION DRUG/SUBSTANCE TO THE POINT WHERE THEY ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO BE DRIVING AT ALL. Not to mention the added amount of individuals to this '1 in 3', the people driving on suspended/revoked licenses, driving ill equipped automobiles UNSAFE to be on the roads as well.
With thousands of accidents happening yearly. This equation endangers even the police officers themselves. Yet they continue to allow themselves to be forever redundantly distracted in too many different ways from doing the just thing and remain deligent in this most important, highest of priority issue involving their responsibilities. It is ludicrous. Gross negligence.
And both the Burke and W.S. police dept.'s get plenty of calls and emails concerning this very life and limb threatening issue.
What it seems is we are all, the other two out of three auto drivers, are supposed to call in to dispatch, report each and every driving infraction, wait for an officer to arrive on the scene, detail what you and maybe others saw with the officer telling you that, uh, sorry, many, sir, there is nothing I can do about it cause, uh, Duh, uh, I did not personally see/witness what happened. Duh, uh. So the entire amount of time you and possibly others spent reporting the one traffic violation, thousands more are happening, many right under the officer taking the call's noes, and he or she will not do anything about any of it. It is RETARDED! GET THE DRIFT?
And the bunch of idiots out there illegally one way or the other, driving automobiles, are calling in an all day strewn of anonymous calls to distract the patrol officers from them, as well. Many of us have overheard these types talking about doing this very thing many times. And bottom line is, it is a serious obstruction of the right/just thing to happen, which is for the Burke/W.S police force needs to simply, seriously, get their heads out of their anuses. Seriously. For their own safety as well as ours, from the highly dangerous AUTOMOBILE TRAFFIC/DRIVER'S!

D-d-d-Ditto this threads request! Driving in Burke/W. Springfield along all the major roads between I-495 and Rt. 286, FX County parkway is atrociously hazardous and stressful. The aggressive drivers, obviously too many being allebriated somehow reflecting a seriously illegal presence on the roads. It is rediculous. With seeing the patrol officers doing anything and everything BUT pulling them over and ticketing them, or better yet, getting them off the roads immediately. Arrest the allebriated ones and have them punished to the fullest extent of the law. They ARE POTENTIAL MURDERERS OF OTHER INNOCENT, SAFE DRIVERS, INCLUDING THE PATROL OFFICERS THEMSELVES!
What in God's name are they waiting for? Have not enough safe and innocent drivers been killed or seriously injured, crippled for life, in automobile accidents caused specifically by these nut cases?
And just what are the powers that be that are keeping it so liberal out here? Big Oil? The Auto Industry? What are they doing 'behind the seens'? To keep it so liberal? The majority of us do, working and trying to stay financially afloat out here do not have all day to call the local police department all day reporting these types of traffic moving violations.
