History behind street names in Burke

What is the backstory on the names of the roads off Shiplett? I assume they probably have something to do with the space program in the 1970's as that's the vintage of the homes built along there and the names are vaguely "spacey:" Andromeda, Rockwell, and Centaurus. But what's up with "Fushsimi" and "Glenbard?" There's nothing on google....
