Richard Prendergast of Springfield VA is a THIEF that STEALS from WALMART, TARGET, CVS and other stores in Northern Virginia. He's a shoplifter and steals dvds and various other things via self checkout. He doesn't pay for all of his items. I would make sure to check every item on his receipts.
