Panhandlers

What’s with the group of people panhandling in the busy intersection near Springfield mall? It’s the same people, and the switch out every few hours. Idk seems sketchy to me. There’s always been homeless people in Springfield but this is different.

I've noticed this too... I feel like sometimes I've seen different people carrying the same sign.

Gypsies. Dare somebody to follow them home at their "shift change" and see what sort of mansion they are living in. I hear that people make a great living panhandling in areas of the country where the rich people live.
