Attention North Springfield Dog Owners

Please keep your dogs leashed while walking them.
Not doing so will only lead to trouble.

Your dog may be your best friend but it is not a complete angel. It still has primal instincts which can cause injury to others or even yourself should a fight develop with another pet or animal.

And to those who always leash your dog. Thank you but please be sure you can handle the strength of your dog or dogs around other people or around their pets. If your dog is not obedient to you or you cannot physically restrain your dog, please find a dog walker who can handle their strength or a trainer to help.
Not doing so will cause big problems.
