Lost corgi - need help (North Springfield)

My wife and I dropped our dogs (basset hound and corgi) with someone who was supposed to watch them. Her daughter came home this afternoon and let our corgi out. They don't know where he is.

The lost dog is named Berekely (sounds like Barkly). He's tricolored and weighs 27 pounds. He is microchipped. Here is his photo: http://i.imgur.com/VN6GbJc.jpg

Sorry it is blurry, it is all I have access to at the moment due to traveling.

This is obviously very stressful, so any help would be greatly appreciated. I will pay a $100 reward.

Isn't the point of microchipping to find them when they get lost? Otherwise why did you make him suffer through it?
