Who Built Beverly Park

Who built Beverly Park off of Hooes and what year? Wtf, heard there is an active HOA. Are these homes quality? Anyone know about the trailer park up front?

Anyone have original ads for this place? I remember the land being used as a quarry in the early 70s and driving with my wife on Hooes right when it came up as a new development.

I used to live back there in the day. I took a drive a few months back. I thank my parents everyday for leaving that shithole. the quarry, is that why there's an unusually green pond back there? I know it used to back up to the proving grounds and a whole lotta woods before the geospatial drone building went up.

I also lived in Beverly Park and the woods were cleared to make way for the NGA facility. Back in the 80s, I and a few buds would make our way into the proving grounds where the fence between Beverly Park and it was toppled - good times hearing security yell from half a mile. I take it as the green pond you mention is the one behind the houses on Belinger backing into Hooes Rd park? I too heard the land was used as a quarry in the 70s before it was cleared for development..
