Mail, wrong, misdelivered, etc

I live in 22151. The post office no longer routes out of the 22151 PO, but out of Burke. Ever since this change, I had misdeleivered mail, no delivered mail, mail carrier arriving at 8:30 at night, but here is the topper: This neighborhood is 65 years old, and now some carriers keeps telling the main post office that our street doesn't exsit! I had a package ordered in October from Pennsylvania, arrive in late December! And we only got it because one of the postal workers had to come out and verify we were not a real address. He told us THREE carriers had returned it to the main branch because they claimed the street wasn't there!

Anyone else having this type of trouble?
