Hearing Announcement: Amherst and Highland

Many of you are aware of the huge house being built at Amherst and Highland. This is a flagrant example of developers doing what they want to do regardless of the county codes. The house was built without the proper set backs in place (they should be 30 feet and are only 13 feet). There is a hearing on Tuesday, July 29th at 9:30 am at the Fairfax County Government Center, possibly in the large auditorium.

Does anyone know what is going on with this house? Are they going to finish or demolish it?

There is a hearing to stop this mess on March 31. The Fairfax BZA is holding it.
