5 Police cars, 6 fire trucks, 1 helicopter at 2AM Great Falls St

Driving on Westmoreland and almost get to South Ridge when I see a ton of cops. F-- that. I turn on South Ridge and a bunch of fire trucks and ambulances roll by my without their lights on. Can still here the helicopter circling all over Mclean. Any info post here. Spotted today 2AM on 9/18/14.

I believe they spotted a negro running around... can't have that in McLean you know!!!!
