Good day everyone
Another bum problem. This guy has money, no question. He gets his hair braided every week. Can't imagine it's cheap.
If he were a real bum, he would stink. No hair stylist will put up with that.
He needs to go. I yell ' get a job' but he just smiles and waves back.
I have been in Reston 22 years and nobody in power cares.
Nice to see my crazy taxes contribute to this filth.
He needs to go. Suggestions welcomed.

He sits there because the money is good. The local bleeding hearts see to that. I guarantee his car is parked in the park and ride lot across the street. Just a few months ago I saw one of them holding a sign on a street corner. "Anything helps". What are you helping? That afternoon he was ahead of me in line at Safeway with two Budweiser tall boys.

Wow, someone else who agrees the bum needs to go. I do the same, yell get a job...he waves and smiles. I want to follow him one day and take a picture of the Benz or Lexus he gets into.
I went to the police station to complain. That was a waste of my time. They gave me a phone number to call.
My suggestion is paint. Like cans of it, thrown at him.
Or simply take the crate away. Or cover the island with something like axle grease. He needs to go. Stands in traffic fucking everything up.
I will bet he makes more $$ than I do and pays no taxes. Where is the IRS on this one???

This is what your enlightened Board of Supervisors wants for the whole area. Instead of passing an ordinance, they're going to put "don't feed the geese" type signs on the median. This is Mr. Bum's first amendment right.
PS: They come from DC and MD to panhandle here. The shelter certainly doesn't help the situation.
