Fire and EMS all up and down Ridge Heights Rd. Near lake, search party by the water... Why?

Around 9:50 pm on 1/5/2018, there were fire and EMS vehicles all up and down Ridge Heights Rd. in Reston up by the houses next to the lake. There appeared to be a search party down by the water shining flashlights around. Did anyone know what happened?
