This will be my last week posting. I think I've gotten the hang of tracking my food. Now I just have to pay attention to calorie count and exercise. I haven't actually worked out in days besides walking at work and the physical labor I do here.

I've eaten 3 waffles, an apple and watermelon chunks this morning.

I ate a chocolate muffin. Three slices of vanilla cake. Beef chicken and mushrooms (that I made taste like meat) and am now doing some yard work.
