That's good. I finally learned that you don't have to deprive yourself of good stuff. Just don't overdo it. That's my problem. I am only going to get sweets from my family on the weekend and not purchase it myself. I only have money for carrots, kale and bottled water to cook with my hamburger tomorrow. The calorie deficit is really hard for me because I have hypocalcemia. If I lay down all day in bed I'm fine but can't workout on 20 calories lol. Still here at work. So walking for 4 hours today
