Eating two waffles, oatmeal with flaxseed and will have a whey protein shake. Work today. Will be walking for about 6 hours

An hour until lunch. I have my salmon and pork loin salad with chopped potato and boiled egg. For break I had a few carrots and a Peanut butter Clif bar.

Picked up two bags of apples, have already had 3. Ate a dry ass chicken sandwich from chic fil a, ice cream and waffle fries courtesy of work. Probably going to munch on some carrots. Hit the bike for a mile then hit the weights

I don't know where the time went. But it's too late for me to eat anything else. Just had some whey protein, ginger powder and ground cinnamon with whole milk. I haven't had this is years and it's disgusting. Tastes rotten. Going to eat an apple then hit the weights and bike for a mile. Off tomorrow so going to smoke some hemp flower.
