Day 15

Working out before bed seems to have me waking up not feeling in pain and sort of well rested. I started the day off with a Tasty cake though. I really need to get over this sugar addiction. I was supposed to stop buying that shit but they were BOGO. I'm off today and seeing a friend so there goes the rest of that. I'll workout when I get home

I ate salmon and kale for lunch and will eat that again for dinner. I'm thinking about having a protein shake before meeting up. Eating an apple now
