Have eaten two mandrin oranges this morning. Going to take it easy on the working out since I work this evening. I'll get on the bike for a bit later and possibly before work. Going to keep the eating to a minimum, right before I go to work. It's a beautiful day out, going to enjoy it!

Ate two waffles, a mandrin orange and a packet of blueberry oatmeal for breakfast when I finally ate after 12. Had some almonds and carrots before work. Then got to work and ate South of the Border food they had! Came home and had some chicken fingers and kale. Will have another orange with a smoke and then go to bed. My biceps are actually starting to show more without me having to flex, this is exciting! Sweated my ass off today at work for 3.5 hours!
