Going to try this eating dinner early thing again. Had a protein shake earlier. Had carrots, ground beef and corn for dinner. Just ate a clif bar and am going to get back on the bike later. I'll take a protein shake before bed and hope that keeps me full. If not I'll snack on carrots! Productive day, got some cleaning done as well. Work tomorrow evening.
