1) You regularly brag here about how you have access to and monitor all the IP traffic to your site (including geographical location), so that you can "sue visitors for criminal trespass".

2) You also regularly post links to your site as if anyone in their right mind would visit it while knowing that you're then going to stalk their IP and supposedly have it "subpoenaed" for more of your unstable staking, (your words).

3) The fact that you THREATEN anyone who visits your site while simultaneously BEGGING people to visit your site is proof of your interesting blend of stupidity and insanity with a bit of rank egotism mixed in.

Without clicking his Big Brother website, I’ll take a stab at this.

When he says they tried to tell the court, it really means they actually provided facts in lieu of loose conjecture by which the accusation is based to convince the court they did nothing wrong. Which means, he’ll end up losing. Again.

Do you think he gets some kind of sexual gratification from losing? It's the only thing that makes any sense. I've never seen anyone try SO HARD to repeatedly get their ass kicked over and over in court. It's like he enjoys having Malm kick dirt in his face.
