Here’s what an attorney familiar with the case said of Jeff Chiow’s conduct. Jeff is Bob Malm’s attorney and has repeatedly used inflammatory and misleading rhetoric, including referring to this dispute as a case of “domestic terrorism.” He also claims he was not aware that Mom is seriously ill.
Such conduct reflects badly on Bob Malm, Grace Episcopal Church, Jeff Chiow, the Episcopal Diocese of Virginia, and the legal profession generally; it ignores the fact that attornies are officers of the court.

PS Obviously, you care, or you wouldn’t bother to post here. And the church’s loss of 120 pledging units since this began suggests others do as well. And of course, there are Bob’s phone calls and emails to other churches, as well as his various distortions of fact.
