Jeff Chiow and Bob Malm Offer Questionable Testimony

In public filings today, Episcopal priest Bob Malm, through his attorney Jeff Chiow, try to argue that they should be able to subpoena my mother, who has end-stage COPD, on various bases, including the fact they didn’t realize she is seriously ill.

That’s disingenuous, at best, as the topic is:

- Mentioned on this site numerous times, including being referenced by Leslie Malm 5 months ago; Chiow’s own documents reveal that he and Bob routinely review this site.
- Clearly stated on Mom’s blog.
- One that has been discussed multiple times in writing by Jeff Chiow and Bob Malm.

Ethics issues, anyone?
