Alexandria Cop beats up another cop on duty

Two Alexandria motorcycle cops got into a fight in Prince William County a couple of months ago. Prince William locked up motorcycle cop https://eapps.courts.state.va.us/gdcourts/criminalDetail.do?formAction=newSearch?ts=1518062746926&clientSearchCounter=3&localFipsCode=153

The cops are Trepero and Fowler.
