Whole Foods Nigger Taking Pictures of Vehicles in Alexandria Garage

So I go to Whole Foods in Alexandria on Saturday 11/25/17 around 1215 PM and there's some nigger in the parking garage in a camo hoodie snapping pictures of people's license plates after they've parked. Very shady activity, abut he wasn't seriously trying to hide it.

Any ideas on what this nigger was up to? (I didn't ask)

If you were that concerned, why didn't you ask, of call the police. or are you one of these self styled "Patriots" that talk a lot about defending the Constitution, but only if it covers white guys.
